thank you for your excellent books. using the tips to slowly transform my life into one of financial freedom.
i haev a doubt and don’t know how else to clarify with you.
I used your technique (ie using operating cashflow with DF over 10years) to calculate intrinsic price value of singtel stock, which gives it a price of $9.74. That doesn’t make sense given the current price of 3.65. am i calculating wrong or is singtel truly undervalued?

Hi Adam, just read your article about failures and adversities as opportunities and I can’t help but comment on this. Some months ago, I applied for a youth exchange but was rejected. With determination, I re-applied and was accepted. I also organized a photoexhibit this week and because of stormy weather, the exhibit was blown away, but we started again from scratch and will be featuring the exhibit on a tv program, magazine and even inviting embassy officials. I am also applying for a program in japan, finding out yesterday that the recommendation letter by my prof was not received. So I asked the prof to rewrite, good thing it wasnt lost. I felt forces are against me but that doesn’t stop me from fighting back!

I am a 17 year old studying at NUS music conservatory. I am doing my best to succeed and pasting self-made motivational posters all over my dorm. I have been reading your work “Master your mind design your destiny” that was given out 5 years ago to me at your 4 day workshop over and over again . But i still feel so left out in class and can’t stay on track with the fine music courses that require great understanding. I suffer in silence as i feel like i am not fast enough for everything and i just want to prove my teachers wrong and prove that i am not lazy and working my butt off. Options are a derivative like warrants, CFDs and futures. Derivatives should only be traded by people who have alot of experience or they can be risky. In derivatives, when not traded properly can cause you to lose everything you put in or even more. Stocks in my opinion are relatively less risky as it is unlikely you can lose everything…unless the company goes bankrupt. A good stock investor (medium to long term) gets a success rate of about 70%-80%. However, a good trader (short term) of options/CFDs success rate is 55%-60%.

It indeed had given me a better insight about Options. Glad tt I was kinda cool headed and did not sign for e package which I found e price too steep for a 2 days training.
Remember that Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. When I always able to answer the questions in class, it is because I spend many more hours than my friends, reading and practicing and learning from mistakes.
If you find that you are slow to catch up, then focus on learning better strategies by asking your teachers or other role models. Also, spend more time to work hard at it.

I had gone through your book “The Secrets Of Self-Made Millionaires”, but i found that at chapter 17 that on morningstar.com, mutual fund Quickrank changed, i cannot follow the step as you show. Does it due to i have to log in for premium then only i can check for follow step showed? Beside, if i were to buy stock/mutual fund online, what are the steps?

I’m thinking of buying the book lucky bastard and the secrets of self made millionaire 12 audio CDs. I’m wondering is all of them supposed to be downloaded online including the fast track bonus? Or do i get the physical copy for some items?
They are all downloadable digital copies. However, you can buy the lucky bastard book at Singapore bookstores
Yeah. I saw the book too. However, if I were to buy online, I could obtain the fast track bonus. Or if I were to buy in the bookstore hard copy, i will not get the audio disc bonus.. Is that true?
