From a business point of view, not justificable. "Asking for question" is good enough publicity for the front end product, like the book. Rather, from the business point of view, it should be "Make your 1st millions from taking my seminar and pay me back then" This is a bold marketing approach but it will surely generate a lot of publicity and display a sense of confidence what what is delivered at the seminar.
