Totally agree. We do not live ‘in a desert’ alone where there are nobody around us. So Teamwork and Synergy among colleagues, friends and within family members is very important to achieve a common Goal. T.E.A.M. means Together Everyone Achieve More.

This is the essence of a team. Each individual in the team has their speciality.

It’s just like a team of soccer players or basketball players. There are defenders, midfielders and strikers which translates into the business world as the marketing, co-ordinators etc. There are also the coaches and managers for the soccer team which are the managing directors (CEO) , trainers etc in the bz world.

Everyone has to work together to score that GOAL ! And everyone has their specific area of work to ensure that they do not let in an OWN GOAL !

I totally agree with this.

Let say there is a 20 years old guy and a team of 5 X 20 years old guys.

A 20 years old guy only have a life experince and knowledge which he had learnt in the passed 20 years in a specific field.
What if there is 5 of them?

It would be an accumulate of 100 years of life experince and 5 different field of knowledge.

If they were given a task, which one will u think to have a better result?
of course the TEAM.

It is all about ” TEAM WORK”

always heard this in strategy game.Hehe^^

I fully agree with the concept of team-made millionaire.

A good book that I recently read about emphasis alot about
team-made millionaire, “Wealth Cycling Investing” by Loral Langemeier.

Hopefully one day I can build my team to bring us to financial success.

And hopefully I can get around to have Mr Khoo autograph my copy of his books.
