Yes, indeed it’s and interesting and purturbing questions to ask, how much am I going to sell my 10 years? It’s really hard to put a price tag on it.
I guess it is very much how we view our life and our core value, isn’t it?

put $$ to your 10 years? And why that amount?

Many thanks for another thought provoking wake-up call. I share similar opinion with Bernie T. I feel the stage of life, age and enviornment are other determinants besides greed and the need to hurry “success”. These components do define our prevailing values and decisions.

At this age and in Singapore, regrettably; you are quite spot on. It is essential to make your bucks when you have the stamina and opportunities.

One opposing thought is that life is a journey, one must also take the time to smell the roses and appreciate mother nature. There is so much to learn and so much to earn. Adam, whilst you were in the shower I was on board a Shinkansen, going at 330km/hr. What would have taken a conventional train 6 hours, I did it in <2. I shaved 4 hours off my travel, but missed many magnificent mirco-views because of the shear speeed of the Shinkansen.

Adam, you are doing a great job to teach the young to fish and think for themselves. I wish I have a time machine, to attend your lessons 20 years ago. CHEERS!

“If a fairy gave you $86400 every day and you have to spend it – ifyou dont it is taken away at the end of the day, what will you spend it on?
that is how many seconds thereis in a day. how do you spend your time?

I’m still hesitant to put $ value to everything and this could or could not be an advantage which I’m constantly evaluating every minute. Just as Tony Robbins would put it “We are constantly evaluating things every minute of our lives”.

I can only put the number of years as a unit of measure for my life as the saying goes “What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it.”
