My opinion is that the market as a whole is at fair value. We are not as overvalued as Hong Kong and neither are our properties so undervalued like in Las vegas now. However, within Singapore, there are properties that are overvalued and some that are fairly priced. If you can find a fairly priced one with a rental yield of at least 4%, then its a good deal

Do you think now is the time to buy a condo for rental income?
If so, do you think it is possible for someone who has little capital to buy a condo for investment purposes by taking up a long term loan or any form of financing activities?

Dear Adam,

I’ve attended a few of the your 3-hr workshops, I like it, they are impressive. I learnt alot and put them into practice. I do agree its a golden opportunity if one is right. However, my Stock Market Forecast for Next 8 Years is 7 Bear Years! Based on the 4-Year US Presidential Cycle, it might be 4 Bear Years or more. Market has more room to fall. However, I have found my secrets to beat this bear market – a bear market bottom indicator and reliable monthly and future forecast of market directions (my crystal ball). All these shared in my blog.

i reaaly appreciate your post, market downturn is equally going on in Nigeria which i believe is a trickle-down effect of what is happening in the international finance mkt.truly it is an opportunity for future millionaires.

Hi Adam,

To me, this upcoming recession (or is it here already) is the signal for good things to come. Currently shares are getting battered. Picking up good fundamental and yet cheap stock are abundance.

Bull run is there at the end of the tunnel of misery.

I personally am not in the market now. Trying to accummulate the “ammunition” for the good time.

or not.. Your original products were the ones that changed my mindset for the better..
Seems so long ago now..!

Golden Opportunity for everyone if your mindset is in the right place, as I am sure you will agree..

While I am not personally into the stock market at all.. There has never been a better time to work from home, or be self employed …

So doomsday.. No! Golden Opportunity… Yes!
