It has been three months already since I quit drinking coffee. I could do so because you convinced me that our brain can produce any chemical actually. So I visualize my brain creates chemical which can substitute caffeine. It really works together with some techniques we learned during POE! Not only that, my father has never touched tobacco since I convinced my father to quit smoking in last August. Initially, I'd never thought that I could succeed to do so. As my mother passed away with lung cancer last December, I shared all the strategies and techniques you taught me with my father in order not to let it happen again. At the same time, I didn't forget to put myself on line! I said to him, "If you quit smoking, I will get married!" I am really happy to know I have a power to change someone's life because that only means I can find a husband for myself soon :-D I enjoy achieving my goals slowly step by step. Now, I have more clarity and focus based on trust and confidence I gained during Patterns of Excellence. I always visualize to share great news of my achievement with you all. After I attended Patterns of Excellence, I know how to control my emotion and change the state of mind quickly. It has been three months already since I quit drinking coffee.
