Two Letters I’d Like To Share With You…

I received these emails yesterday and as usual I’d like to share them with you, because you’ll have a great idea of how inspired I am to continue to do my ‘work’ whenever I see people achieve the results they want in life. (plus it makes me feel good!)

Here’s the first one from Jaseline:

Letter from Jaseline

Congratulations Jaseline! You deserve all the plaudits with all the effort you put in to your exams. I didn’t motivate you; YOU motivated yourself. Remember that! All the resources you ever need is inside you all the time.

The next email’s from Guo You:

Letter from Guo You

Guo You, thank you for your kind words! I’m glad you enjoyed ‘Master Your Mind, Design Your Destiny’ and how it was helped you to make the changes you want in your life almost instantly. I look forward to hearing from you again when you reach your goals, and attain the success you want.

You see, change can happen in an instant! It doesn’t have to be this looooong drawn out affair where you believe it would take you weeks or months to “become” motivated, driven, or super-charged.

You CHOOSE to be motivated. You CHOOSE to be driven. You CHOOSE to stop procrastinating.

And choice is made in a heartbeat. An instant!

Have you ever come across a situation in your life where you did something terrible you someone and you regretted it immediately, and then you made a decision NEVER to do it again?

For example, you lost your head in anger and you said the most unkind, most unloving things to a loved one. And immediately after that you felt SO bad that you wish you never said those words. And from that point on, you DECIDED never to say unloving things to your loved ones ever again.

You see, from that example above you made a decision, a choice and the change was INSTANT. In this case, the change you made was never to say unloving words to a loved one ever again.

It is the SAME with anything else in life.

Success, money, hitting your goals, losing weight, etc. You create the results in your life with the decisions you make everyday. It is just unfortunate that most times people need some emotional drama or trauma before they ever make a decision to change their lives. (like getting lung cancer before they quit smoking… dumb!)

You don’t have to!

Make the changes you want in your life today, by making the choices that will support the changes you want. And yes… it happens in an INSTANT!

Have a great weekend,
Adam

    Dear Adam,

The “Master Your Mind, Design your Destiny” was the very one that helped me change my life..

I do slip & get side-tracked occasionally, as you do! but that is one of the most powerful courses, I can always rely on, to get me back on track!

    Dear Adam and everyone else,

THANK YOU for sharing a lot of stories! I am so motivated whenever I read your blog. It is truly inspiring! Keep it up!

CONGRATULATIONS for Jaseline and Hew! I believe you will experience more in the future 😀

After I attended Patterns of Excellence, I know how to control my emotion and change the state of mind quickly. It has been three months already since I quit drinking coffee. I could do so because you convinced me that our brain can produce any chemical actually. So I visualize my brain creates chemical which can substitute caffeine. It really works together with some techniques we learned during POE!

Not only that, my father has never touched tobacco since I convinced my father to quit smoking in last August. Initially, I’d never thought that I could succeed to do so. As my mother passed away with lung cancer last December, I shared all the strategies and techniques you taught me with my father in order not to let it happen again. At the same time, I didn’t forget to put myself on line! I said to him, “If you quit smoking, I will get married!” I am really happy to know I have a power to change someone’s life because that only means I can find a husband for myself soon 😀

I enjoy achieving my goals slowly step by step. Now, I have more clarity and focus based on trust and confidence I gained during Patterns of Excellence. I always visualize to share great news of my achievement with you all. Stay tuned! 😉

    Love, Gratitude and Fun,
    Yumi

Hi Mr Khoo, I’ve been diagnosed with clinical depression. Could you post an entry on your thoughts about it?

    Hi Adam,

Your thoughts, about how a single idea can transform an individual’s destiny really reminded me of an amazing story which I had read online, which is the life story of a neurosurgeon at John’s Hopkins hospital who had graduated from Harvard Medical School, and at 18 years ago was an illegal Mexican immigrant who had crossed the borders into the US to work as a construction weld worker, and had made the decision when someone told him that he was to work in the fields forever:

    cheers! 😀
